PRIVACY POLICY
Somnium Hospitality Group ("Somnium," "we," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and our email communications, how we use it, and the choices you have.
It does not cover information collected at our properties, by third-party booking platforms, or by the property owners and brands we work with, each of whom maintains their own policies.
What we collect
Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, and anything you tell us in a contact form, email signup, inquiry, or event request. You can browse our site without giving us any of this.
Basic server records. Like most websites, our host automatically logs IP addresses, browser and device type, pages requested, and the date and time. We use these for security and to keep the site running. We do not run analytics or advertising tracking on the site.
Email engagement. Our email platform records whether a message was delivered, opened, and which links were clicked, so we can tell what subscribers find useful.
We do not seek sensitive information such as government ID numbers, precise location, or health details.
How we use it

Sending newsletters, offers, and property news to subscribers

Cookies
We use only cookies that are necessary for the site to function, including one that remembers your cookie preferences. We do not use advertising or targeting cookies, and we do not allow third parties to track you across other websites through our site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working properly.
Who we share it with
We share personal information with vendors who work on our behalf — website hosting, our email marketing platform, and professional advisers — and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also share it with the properties and affiliates an inquiry relates to, with counterparties in a corporate transaction, and with law enforcement or regulators where the law requires it or where it is reasonably necessary to protect people or property.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Marketing emails
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Please allow up to ten business days.
Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it. How long that is depends on the type of information and our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it, though no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee information sent to us over the internet.
Children
Our site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you think we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Other sites
Our site links to places we do not control, including booking engines, review sites, and social media. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, give additional notice where the law requires it.
